Dolci d’Italia

Francesco Pruneddu, a trained art historian, is a food blogger with a passion for desserts and photography. Hot off the press, his first book entitled “Dolci d’Italia” (desserts of Italy) is a study in the juxtaposition of light, shade and colours showcasing his art: food photography. And it is precisely these photographic images — the undisputed heroes of the book published by Solferino — that we designed for him. A manual brimming with history and recipes, from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century, devised both to enhance its contents and as a valuable tool in anybody’s culinary arsenal.
